A small catalogue of analytical and modelling tools built to the same standards as the training. Open formulas. Documented logic. Configurable parameters. An architecture you can extend yourself. Every product ships with a setup window so the tool starts working with your data, not with ours.
An integrated financial reporting and analysis model for Australian businesses. The same workbook used as the M7 and M8 dataset in the Programme, available to license as a standalone tool. Configurable thirty-sheet architecture, daily through trailing-period reporting, Australian financial-year aware, Power Query data layer included.
Integrated financial reporting and analysis for Australian businesses
A configurable thirty-sheet workbook that turns five standard data drops into a complete reporting surface: Sales, COGS, Fixed Costs, Budget, and Chart of Accounts. The dashboard, grouped analysis, and statistical analysis engines all read off the same parameter sheet, so changing the reporting period or baseline month rebuilds every view at once.
Reports Sales, COGS, Gross Profit, EBIT, and Fixed Costs across daily, monthly, quarterly, year-to-date, and trailing periods. Australian financial-year handling is built in, alongside calendar-year reporting and configurable rolling-average windows.
The Power Query ETL Layer monitors named folders for new monthly data drops. The included setup window configures that layer against your own data once, after which the workbook is yours to run. Saving a new file into the right folder each month and refreshing the model is the entire operating rhythm.

Drill from total revenue down to individual sales representative performance with the source data ready for it.
Track Gross Profit and EBIT across the same period structure as the Sales reports, with FBT handled separately.
Compare actuals against a phased monthly budget, with quarterly and YTD roll-ups generated automatically.
User-defined rolling windows and trailing periods, with a 14-day default that you can adjust on the parameter sheet.
Fringe Benefits Tax handling is part of the model, separated from operating cost reporting where it belongs.
A Page Template sheet lets you add new reporting surfaces in the same architecture, without rebuilding the model.

A small, focused range. Each product solves a specific analytical job rather than trying to cover everything at once. The pipeline is shaped by what our consulting and training clients ask for repeatedly.
A checkbox-driven tool for team availability and task allocation. Built with Excel 365 native checkboxes, dynamic array formulas, and UNICHAR-rendered progress indicators. No VBA, no form controls. The technique stack from Modules 1 to 4, packaged as a working tool.
Express interestA configurable per-customer operational reporting system. Classifications, conversion factors, recovery rates, exception logic, and reporting-framework alignment (Green Star, NABERS, ESG, or raw) are configured once for your business. A central OneDrive history then feeds three surfaces: an Excel snapshot, a Power BI dashboard, and a raw CSV. Built for service businesses producing the same shape of report each month for many recipients.
Express interestA standalone short-range cash forecasting tool with scenario layering, receivable and payable timing controls, and a clear runway view. Designed for owner-operated businesses managing weekly cash positions.
Express interestA focused tool for sales managers: rep-level performance, territory analysis, product mix, and discount discipline. Built to layer onto an existing CRM extract rather than replace it.

Every product in this range is a working example of the analytical craft we teach. The same standards we hold the curriculum to apply to the products that share the catalogue.
Formulas are open and readable. Parameter sheets do the configuration work. Documentation lives alongside the logic, not in a separate manual that gets lost. If a buyer wants to extend a model, the architecture supports it rather than fighting against it.
Every purchase includes a dedicated setup window where the Power Query data layer is configured against your real data. We do this once, properly, so the tool starts producing value from day one rather than sitting on a shelf waiting for an internal champion who never finds the time.
Products are licensed per version, not by subscription. The workbook you buy is yours, indefinitely. Optional annual maintenance covers version upgrades and a small allowance of support hours. Decline maintenance and you keep what you bought.
